When will my order be delivered?
As our uniform shop is only filling online orders, from Mon to Thurs. These will be filled on the next open trading day. Orders will be sent home with your eldest student on the afternoon filled. Front office staff will arrange for these to be sent out to classrooms.

What does the $1 shipping charge cover?
This will cover the additional transaction costs of using an online payment service. Similar to the surcharge for using credit cards in many businesses, like hotels, airlines and many retail outlets. We are unable to apportion it on a percentage basis, therefore it is a flat fee regardless of the size of your order.
Returns
Of course we are happy to exchange items due to size issues. We understand that you are ordering online and may not select the correct one. They will however need to be in NEW condition, with labels attached. Items can not be worn for a day and then swapped over. Also items need to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Can I return an unopened (unused) item if I no longer require it?

How do I exchange/return an item?
Firstly, please complete this Return an Item form. Then you, or your child, can bring the uniform item to the front office. Where there is a replacement required, these will be sent home with your eldest student on the next available trading afternoon. If you require a full refund, the amount will be refunded to your credit card once the item has been returned.
